Thank you for supporting Pinto Perfumes. As a Houston-based small business, we take pride in providing high-quality fragrances to our community and beyond. Please review our policies below before completing your purchase. 

Return Policy: Final Sale Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the hygiene and integrity of every bottle, all sales are final.

 No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed or purchased in-store. Sample First: Because scent is personal, we highly recommend visiting us at one of our Houston boutiques to test a fragrance on your skin before purchasing, or starting with a smaller size if available.

Damaged Items: In the rare event that an item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage so we can make it right.
